Cinque is deeply proud to once again have 3 of its artists nominated in Limelight’s 2025 Artist of the Year awards – voting is open now until 4 January 2026!

Extraordinary Australian pianist Andrea Lam, regular concerto soloist with the Sydney, Melbourne, Queensland Symphony orchestras this year, standout expert host on the 2025 ABC TV series ‘The Piano‘ and whose stunning solo album, PIANO DIARY (ABC Classic) won the 2025 ARIA award for ‘Best Classical Album’;

World-renowned Australian composer/pianist Elena Kats-Chernin AO renowned for several more premieres this year in Australia and in Europe, including with William Yang’s Milestone touring to Sydney Festival, AsiaTOPA, OzAsia, to Brisbane Festival and Seoul Performing Arts Festival (Korea) as well as the Academy Award nomination for ‘Memoir of a Snail’, the award-winning feature animation film by Oscar-winning director, Adam Elliott, with full music soundtrack by Kats-Chernin; and the soul-restoring Ancient Letters album of her music performed by Tamara-Anna Cislowska both solo and as soloist with the wonderful Tasmania Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Johannes Fritzsch);

Critically acclaimed Australian flute soloist, Sally Walker, whose stunning Boccherini album on AVIE  earned 4.5 and 5 stars out of 5 in reviews from BBC Music Magazine, The Australian, Limelight, 5MBS radio magazine and more, and who was the Canberra Symphony Orchestra’s 2025 Artist in Focus, with a series of performances (including Elena Kats-Chernin’s Night and Now flute concerto) as soloist, as well as the spine-tingling world premiere of Alex Turley’s new flute concerto (with the Geelong Symphony Orchestra conducted by Richard Davis).

Anyone is welcome to cast their vote from now until 4 January 2026, with the winner of the Australian Artist of the Year, and the International Artist of the Year, announced on 31 January 2026!
