Jazz At The Lounge: Andrew Dickeson Quintet – Celebrating Art Blakey & the Jazz Messengers

Andrew Dickeson leads an all-star group playing music from one of the world’s most famous Jazz bands – Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers. Dickeson and his quintet will honour this legendary drummer and his ensemble with a night of foot-tapping swing. Expect classic Jazz Messengers repertoire – including Bobby Timmons’ Hard Bop anthem Moanin’ – along with other classic Messengers tunes and material by Blakey alumni.
